NJ new home construction: a homeowner’s perspective
A few months ago Gina hired us for her basement remodel project. That allowed her to gain a better understanding of the home remodeling and building process.
Gina knows everything about NJ new home construction – she’s a true professional. But having us work on her basement remodeling project allowed her to be in the shoes of the customer and see things from their perspective.
“First, I’m glad I had the chance to experience it from a homeowner’s point of view,” confesses Gina. “It helped me gain an understanding of how the process works and appreciate the work you do as a company.”
“Everything went according to schedule and I couldn’t be happier with the finished results of my basement, ” says Gina with a smile on her face.
NJ new home construction: a new listing in Mendham
5 Kensington Court, Mendham is a beautiful house built on approximately six acres. It features:
A fully finished basement
A wide range of appliances
“The house is on a cul-de-sac, which means it has a beautiful positioning on the street. It has other amazing homes around it and I am really excited to venture in a new town, as I’ve only had projects in Westfield,” says Gina.
The price point for this NJ new home construction is $1,749,000 and we are excited to bring this beauty to life.
When asked what it’s like to work with us as a real estate agent, Gina says that, “every transaction I’ve ever done, every step of the process is exactly on schedule. That’s what’s so amazing about your entire process.”
“I don’t know how you do it, but whatever you’re doing, continue to do it,” she advises.
“I would say that at the top of everyone’s wish list of things they’re looking for is an open floor plan,” highlights Gina.
“In the past years, everyone was focused on having a very formal living room and dining room. Today, the most important rooms in the house are the kitchen and the family room. They want an open plan for entertaining purposes. They want to sit in the kitchen but also have access to the TV room.”
When it comes to NJ new home construction, we make sure to add the open plan feature in all the homes we build.
“Your kitchens are always beautifully put together, thus it fits perfectly to what most people are looking for,” Gina points out.
